Apache Chief, a previous member of the superhero troupe The Superfriends, saves the day once again by growing very large and deflecting a space fireball from destroying the city! Afterwards, Apache Chief decides to have a cup of coffee at the nearby Javalux when, while searching for some change, the scalding hot coffee spills on his lap. The incident injures him so much that he is rendered unable to perform his superpower... enlargement.

Enter Harvey Birdman's legal assistance as he agrees to help Apache Chief in suing Javalux for the incident and its resulting side effects. Thus the trial begins with Judge Hiram Mightor presiding and Myron Reducto defending the Javalux manager. Harvey has a strong case with the testimony of other ex-Superfriends such as the Black Vulcan, who's superpower is pure electricity... in his pants. Harvey tries to convey that his client was never appreciated for his saving the city, and his injury is just adding insult to, well, injury.

As Myron Reducto calls up Shibyll Shuchler, the manager of Javalux, she proceeds to express sympathy for Apache Chief's situation. As she does so, she... for reasons unkown... begins to transform into an attractive Native American woman. Inspired, Apache Chief, right there in the courtroom to everyone's surprise, "gets his tee-pee back" and enlarges. So, a newly rejuvenated Apache Chief, the Black Vulcan, and many other lost heroes go on to form a new superhero group, the Multiculture Pals!
